RETURN POLICY

PURCHASE & RETURNS:

  • Every product in Tresorie under goes a three-stage quality check before it is finally despatched to the buyer. So, only a product if delivered is different from what you ordered, then you can return it to Tresorie within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement with the correct product or a 100% refund if product not available. In such a case, you do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for returns but you have to intimate our team within 48 hours of delivery. Our Team will offer hassle-free returns through our courier pickup or you can also request a replacement for it by visiting our stores.
  • Please note - Any such wrong product received by you must be returned to Tresorie in the same condition as received in its original packaging, invoice and tags.
  • If in case the consignment package sent to you is noticed to be tampered with, or not in a good condition or damaged in transit, then kindly refuse to accept the delivery and email details at support@tresorie.in mentioning your order reference number. Our Team shall make its best efforts to ensure that a replacement is done at the earliest.
  • Return or exchange of Tresorie gift vouchers is not acceptable.
  • Tresorie does not extend Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for any online order.  
  • Tresorie is and will always be committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE THROUGH COURIER:

  • You will be given an Airway Bill while delivering the product which is to be shared along with the copy of the invoice while return/exchange/ replacement. The original invoice will be sent back to you through courier after processing your return/exchange or replacement request.
  • Replacement through courier shall only be done for products with exactly the same price as the product being returned. Kindly mention/ indicate clearly the replacement merchandise and our support team will check and confirm its stock availability and whether the replacement is possible or not.
  • Only after the merchandise is received and verified by Tresorie, we will process a refund/ replacement within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Refund against a return request made to Tresorie support team and collected by our courier will be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition along with the original invoice. Generally, refunds to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to his/ her account which was used.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A buyer can cancel his/ her order online before the product has been shipped. The entire order amount will be refunded. In other words, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped and/ or delivered to the buyer.

WARRANTY/ GUARANTY POLICY:

Unfortunately, there is no warranty or guaranty offered on the products sold by Tresorie.
